Attempts to cover up her mistakes/negligence were made on several occasions. We, my husband and I, would not recommend her or the company she works for as they condone her actions.

ZillowVERIFIED I have read his other reviews.This young man seemed very trust worthy and honest but as with anything in life there is two sides.I am afraid I got the side. That is not honest and there is nothing trust worthy about him.I have taken my case to the FL. Realastate board who is responible for licensing realastate agents. It will take about 6 wks I was told by a member who read my complaint after I presented the lease of the home owed by Mr. Blaszczyk I was told by him the home was owed by The realastate company he worked for(not true).After paying over $2300 for a months rent security deposit and non refundable pet fee.The home was still not liveable.I was never able to move in all my furnishing still in storage I never received my refund.The board read the complaint and ask that I file.There are so many really good agents out there.But this man is not one of them.I am a 60 year old disable widow. I am now homeless and living with friends. In all fairness I will post my complaint after the Fl. Realastate board makes there decision and I hope see that I will finally be refunded the $2300. The reason for this review is so nobody else will be taken advantage of.After I posted this review Jan acknowledged it by stating he had never done a realastate transaction with me I guess he forgot he emailed me a copy of the lease.I have added his lease to the complaint to the Fl. Realistate Commission. His home was never made liveable and in text messages from Dec 7th to Dec27th he was still promising to get it done right down till I ask for refund which in his text he also promised in 14 days a refund it never came. Lies and dishonesty never pay thank goodness all is admisable in court.Do the right thing and this kind of stuff would not be necessary. It is certainly not fair to all the hard working realastate agents who are honest.
