Jon was great at communicating the process and has support staff that makes the paperwork side of the selling process much simpler and convenient. He worked through all our needs with our transition out of the home and and even took funds out of his own commission when he didnt feel some of the negotiations were in our favor. Highly recommend!

We casually looked at houses for over a year and interviewed a few agents before feeling like the right fit was Jon. Jon Baird and his team were quite simply amazing. They made the home buying process easy and really enjoyable. They were all incredibly responsive to email and everything was very convenient using electronic forms, documents, and signing options. We fell in love with the house when we drove up after seeing it on his listing portal. When we walked through with him at the open house, it finally felt that we had found a place to call "home". With Jon as our agent, he advised us to submit our offer ASAP as we ended up competing with other offers. He was very knowledgeable about the process, timeline, value of the home, re-sale potential, neighboorhood, and seller's agent. We lucked out that the listing agent was also from Parkway, which made our offer that much more attractive! He came through for us and we were able to have our offer accepted and closed on time very easily. We are so happy with our purchase and having Jon as our agent!
