ZillowVERIFIED What can I say about Jolynne? Probably too many positive points to fit in this comment box! Jolynne and I have been working together to find a house for me for 9yrs. To say she has the patience of a saint would under-sell her character. She is amazing to work with. Her knowledge of the markets, the trends, really everything, is so vast and up to date it was a HUGE burden off of me as a first time homebuyer. I can be very particular in what I'm looking for, but Jolynne's determination, drive, and support of me never wavered (to my knowledge haha). She was always in touch with updates of listings, seeing how I was doing and every house we looked at we were on the same wavelength and thought process. She has a very keen eye for detail, mostly because she's been doing such a phenomenal job for so long, and because she knows what she would want to look at or address if it were her own property. I joked with her that she can finally be rid of me now that she helped me find and close on my first home. Really, the joke is, she is stuck with me for any and all of my future real estate adventures. I wouldn't trust anyone else. Her entire team is amazing, fast, responsive, open to any and all questions, and most importantly very honest and up front. I had many questions along the way, some that she or her lender etc. had to look into and get with me and did immediately. How refreshing it is knowing the time is taken to give the customer the most accurate information and not just whatever I wanted to hear!!! I honestly can't thank Jolynne enough for all she has done for me amd for sticking with me through the years of searching and being patient as my career changed drastically as well as through covid markets. Her process is very thorough, she makes it seem like I'm a family member and shes looking out for my best interest. She has a job to do, I know that. I know that shes in the business to make a living but shes not willing to send you the wrong path. Every question either in person or on the phone or via text she answered in a very timely manner, and I never had any repeat questions. Its like she knew what I needed and I am very happy that she was my realtor.
