Jolene always responded to all of them quickly and knowledgeably, and her attention truly made me feel like we were top priority. She also has an extensive list of vendors that can help with legal, mortgage, inspection, and similar needs. Prior to closing on our home, Jolene helped us navigate withdrawing a previous offer on a house with a material defect uncovered after inspection. You find out more about a person when things are going wrong then when they are going right, and Jolene was a tenacious advocate on our behalf.
