ZillowVERIFIEDJolene went above and beyond in every aspect for us. She usually responds immediately and was just an absolute pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the market and is considerate of any concerns we had. This was a suprisingly simple process because of her and we couldnt be more grateful to have worked with her. We have zero regrets with how everything worked out!

ZillowVERIFIED Jolene is exceptional at being a Real Estate agent. The sale of my property was difficult but that did not differ Jolene at all. She guided me to the right connections to help with the sale of my property. Always keeping myself, my buyer and the lawyers up to date with the progress of the sale. Jolene is caring, ambitious, dedicated and over all a wonderful person.

ZillowVERIFIED Jolene did a fantastic job selling my home and dealing with the VA loan that the buyers had. She was instrumental in helping the buyers get through inspection. She also was extremely helpful with the preoccupancy agreement. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Capital district area.

ZillowVERIFIED I knew from the first moment I met Jolene it was going to be a slam dunk selling my home. She was on top of everything and always kept me informed and made the whole process smooth and easy Se staged my home really making it warm and cozy. The photos and drone shots that were used sold the home all by itself. My home sold in 4days at asking price! She then sold my girlfriends home at asking price in 5days!!! She truly is a sweet, caring, intelligent Woman that I would recommend to everyone!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jolene listed and sold a multi-family building for me in Cambridge, NY. Jolene is a consummate professional. She prepared and walked me through a market analysis, gave me pricing and marketing strategy recommendations, prepared top-notch photos and online marketing materials, sourced the buyer, negotiated on my behalf, and worked with my attorney in ushering the deal to closing. She is personable and firm, yet non-confrontative, in negotiations, and presents her clients' interests in a clear and honest manner. I highly recommend her and would hire her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Jolene went so far above and beyond her job as a realtor that it amazed me. She and Jamie did a wonderful job. I was no longer living in the area, but came back once or twice to improve the house before selling. Jolene helped find contractors (invaluable), lent basic equipment for DIY, offered advice, was always available, and even finished up one or two jobs for me because I had to leave town! Throughout this she maintained a positive and supportive attitude. I am not exaggerating when I say the house sale wouldn't have happened without her. I can't praise her enough.

ZillowVERIFIED I really enjoyed working with Jolene. She was knowledgeable, had great contacts, and was just overall a great person to work with. She was available to contact at any time and was very responsive. She found a lot of great listings to have us look at even in an area where the houses were selling in minutes. Even if she did not know the answer to a question or process, she knew who to ask to get the information.

ZillowVERIFIED Wonderful experience: even with this difficult market Jolene did a great job finding the right fit for me. From beginning to end she was there, never had to worry about if she would get back to me, she always did. She even negotiated a new oil tank for me.

ZillowVERIFIED Jolene was a great agent to work with and I couldn't be happier with her service. She was responsive through the entire process and a wonderful resource for recommending various contractor's and vendors in the area. Jolene is a positive person and made the process enjoyable. My wife and I feel she took her time with us to feel comfortable as first time home buyers. Jolene helped us during the negotiation process and understood our needs. Truly a pleasure to work with and I would recommend to anyone needing a Realtor in the area.
