I have no doubt that Jojos staging of the house and his great photography helped get this first offer and other offers that followed. He was encouraging when an offer I had accepted was withdrawn. He knew exactly how to go about making counter offers. Following his advice, I made two counter offers that led to the final sale. I had no issues about Jojo staying in touch me and responding to texts or calls, but I was not always happy with his responsiveness when it came to the work on the house. The slow response was usually caused by unresponsive contractors. Looking back, I would have to say Jojo did not give me an accurate assessment about the timeliness of one of the contractors he said he had worked with previously.One last thing Jojo did to help me was to convince me to use his movers take my stuff to storage and my new place. His enthusiasm when seeing our home for the first time made us feel as though we were special and we had a very special home. His creativity in staging the home was a marvel! We are so glad we followed his lead with suggestions he made to make the home shine.Jojo took extra time and went down to speak with the City of Pinole to discuss different land uses for our property and then Jojo created large oversized posters, utilizing his marketing skills which described the possibilities for land use and various ways to use certain aspects of the property, such as a canning station. His photography skills were excellent and showcased the home. He even created a separate website so he could add additional photos and create a video.He was quick to communicate with us and extremely responsive every step of the way. He also has a good sense of humor and laughed at my husband's jokes.Jojo walked us through the the process of receiving multiple offers and negotiated a no contingency offer which is very rare. We are very happy with the sale of our home and are happy we selected Jojo to represent us.

When the time came to sell, I needed to make sure that I was partnered with the right realtor who would not only sell my house but also ease the transition of parting with this home. My husband and I know many realtors but I didn't want to work with someone simply because I was friends or relatives with that realtor. I wanted to work with the best and Jojo did not disappoint. Unlike other realtors that just put a For Sale sign on your front yard, walk away, and wait for a sale, Jojo is proactive, diligent, and is involved in every part of the sale process. He recommended and oversaw minor renovations. He designed and staged the home in a way that captured all of the great memories we had without making it appear too personal to the buyer but could really speak to the buyer that they could create the same loving memories in our home. He also staged the garden with a water fountain, zen area, and furniture. At the time of sale, we had already moved and were no longer occupying the home or living in the same town. Jojo made sure to check on the house and he also had the yard cleaned up in preparation for the new owners.Aside from his design talent, Jojo is a great negotiator (I also used him for the purchase of my new home), very knowledgeable and very experienced on what I should expect when selling my home.
