ZillowVERIFIEDJoinel is an outstanding real estate agent! He is incredibly swift in responding - often in seconds! I was also delighted with his attentiveness when filtering units based on my preferences and the units I particularly liked. Additionally, he astutely provided local insights (Downtown Brooklyn) along with successfully negotiating the sale price. Joinel is a stud. He looked the part too, often arriving in style in his unique Motorbike ^_^

ZillowVERIFIED Joinel is a remarkable real estate agent, proficient in the NYC market. He carefully evaluated my preferences, researching potential properties until he found several ideal options on the first attempt. He skillfully administered the process from initial viewing to obtaining keys, and gladly attended to follow-up matters post-closing. His work ethic and responsiveness are top-notch and I wholeheartedly encourage anyone looking for a Condo in New York City to utilize his services. Even after closing the deal Ive gotten several Holiday postcards in the mail from Joinel!

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience working with Joinel was excellent! We had a clear understanding of what we wanted, and Joinel was always available for any questions that we had. He was great at communicating with everyone involved, and we were able to tour several houses. We even put in an offer thanks to him, but unfortunately the seller had to back out because of problems related to the house. If you are looking to buy or sell, we highly recommend working with Joinel.

ZillowVERIFIED Being a first time home buyer, I was extremely anxious and didnt know what to expect. I've got a limited budget and was expecting to encounter some snobby real estate agents. That has not been the case at all with Joinel. He makes me feel a priority, treating me with respect, and is always quick to respond to me. Joinel actively sends listings, contacts, and resources my way - he listens carefully to ensure he knows what I'm hoping to find. It has been a relief having somebody as trustworthy as Joinel by my side during this process.

Joinel reached out and he was unbelievably helpful to my family with the whole rental process. He was very professional and understood what we wanted. ZillowVERIFIED Joinel was the broker for a lease I signed in Gowanus / South Slope in February 2022. He was the listing agent for the apartment, showed it to a number of folks, and coordinated the entire process of lease signing with the landlord. He was professional, communicative & expedient. I would happily work with him again!
