Joie helped us purchase our dream house in the very tough market of 2022, and we absolutely owe it all to her. She is hands down one of the most professional people I have ever worked with in any field, and her knowledge and skills as a realtor are top-notch. I am a first-time homebuyer and had very little knowledge about the home buying process, and felt overwhelmed by all the unfamiliar terms and processes. Joie put me at ease because she spends so much time giving you in-depth explanations, from her very detailed first-time homebuying seminar, to every step along the way to the closing day. When you go see a house with her, you can tell you are in excellent hands; she brings a toolkit full of gadgets to take measurements and check functionality of things in the house, closely inspects everything like the electrical panel, HVAC system, etc., even inspects the roof. She explains what may need repairs or replacing, which is helpful when deciding if the price is worth it. She is extremely meticulous in all her work. She is always available to answer questions on the phone or over email. When it's time to put an offer in, she explains the whole process in great detail, discusses why certain sweeteners may be advantageous, and works quickly and meticulously to give you the best chance. What really stands out about Joie, aside from the fact that she is phenomenal at her job, is that she really, genuinely loves helping people find their dream homes. Joie has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the clients best interests in mind. Our real estate was a small transaction relative to the size of properties and transactions Joie normally handles but she treated my husband and me with the same professionalism and courtesies one would expect for a very large transaction.
