ZillowVERIFIED I would absolutely recommend Johnny Ziegler, Jr. He helped my husband and I find a perfect home even though it took making three offers on three different homes to get there. He was always available to answer questions and always gave us his undivided attention when we were viewing homes. Later, when I needed to sell a condo I had been leasing out, he helped me sell it for a perfect price in record time. If you need a realtor, this is the one person I would call first.

ZillowVERIFIED John has been a great realtor right from the time that l first visited Reno for my relocation about one and half years ago. He drove my wife and l around in Reno and Sparks so many different times looking for home to buy. We finally found a nice house to purchase. John has not only been our realtor but an adviser on any issues related to our new home. I will highly recommend him to anyone who is on the market for a house. Give John a call and you will never regret.

ZillowVERIFIED John provided an excellent service when my wife and I were looking for our first home. We weren't the easiest of clients as we were a little particular in what we wanted, John was very patient and showed us many homes and was very helpful. His backround knowledge from being in the industry for so long was very helpful and we ended up in an amazing house.

ZillowVERIFIED I have used John for a half dozen transactions. Besides his knowledge and expertise, what I find the most remarkable is his dedication to making sure his clients are completely satisfied. He works tirelessly in this pursuit. He has saved my thousands of dollars over the years, often at his own expense. Getting the sale isn't his priority, it is meeting the needs of his clients. Being in sales for over twenty five years, I find this attitude and honesty refreshing. I strongly recommend John Ziegler for all your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I was a Realtor for many years. When I changed occupations and no longer held my license I needed help selling and buying Real Estate. I was at an advantage for I have worked with the Realtors in the area. Selecting a Top Notch Realtor that I could trust and who I was certain unequivocally that they would do the best job for myself was a easy choice. John Zeigler! John has helped myself and relatives and friends in several transactions. In the process if and when obstacles presented themselves, John handled with complete professionalism. Both sides of each transaction were completely happy. Not only is John a great Realtor/Broker, he is also now a great friend. I highly recommend him for both buying and selling your home.

ZillowVERIFIED Johnny helped us buy a house in the Reno area in 2015. His knowledge of the area and market helped him identify a really good house in a good area that met our explicit and unspoken desires. He spent time to get to know us and our unique needs and was very perceptive and responsive. After finding the right house, he helped us negotiate a very tricky transaction with an exceptionally-temperamental seller that caused several last minute changes that almost killed the deal twice. I have transacted on numerous properties in the past, and I generally feel comfortable in the process. This transaction was riddled with challenge that I was not prepared for; it was Johnny's cool head, good advice and accretive negotiation that allowed the deal to go through. In the end, we ended up with a great home that appraised for $30k more than we paid for it (at closing). Thank you Johnny!

ZillowVERIFIED Johnny was assigned as my realtor by my new employer as part of a relocation process. I could not have been more pleased!! I knew absolutely nothing about the area but knew what I wanted. Johnny was a blessing in that he knew where to look, what to avoid and so much more. He spent a full three days just driving me around getting to know the area. It took weeks to find a home and had basically settled as I was running out of time. Johnny called me one Saturday morning and said there was a home he was sure Id like and had to see. I reluctantly agreed. Needless to say, I bought it and love it! He stood by me all the way to closing and even after recommending painters, and more. I have stayed in touch and I consider him a great friend and neighbor as he is just blocks away. If you have a chance to work with this perfect gentleman, do so, you won't be sorry and will be blessed!

ZillowVERIFIED John is amazing. He's not in it just to sell you any hom to make a qyick buck, he truly wants you to love your home and will not rush you or oversell you on a home. This was our first home purchase, and he took as much time as we needed to show us the ropes.
