ZillowVERIFIED I cant speak highly enough of Johnny Sylvain. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity, and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. We recently moved here from Seattle and were unfamiliar with the area. Johnny put some serious miles on his car taking us around to look at properties and neighborhoods. We ended up with an amazing home that was the perfect fit for our entire family. We needed to update a few items after moving in and Johnny was still there for us to connect us with all the professionals we needed to make our home perfect. If youre looking for someone to really get to know you and help you find your perfect home, Johnnys your guy.

ZillowVERIFIED Johnny was amazing in helping us purchase our first home in Madison, Wisconsin. He was familiar with all of the neighborhoods, qualities of the homes, and knowledge of what we should be looking for as a home owner. Johnny was very responsive, sent us updated listings frequently, and was always available to do showings. From the house searching, through the closing on the house, Johnny kept us informed of everything we needed to know and do, as well as important deadlines that needed to be met.

ZillowVERIFIED I am Robert Ndoyi. I had the opportunity to work with Johnny Sylvain as we were in the market to purchase a home in Madison, Wisconsin. My wife, Aline Ndoyi was the first one who came across Johnny as she was shopping for our home. We got to meet Johnny at his office where he explained to us in details the process and how to go about it. In a nutshell, we already had a house in North Carolina, so purchasing another house here while we still were responsible for the house expenses in North Carolina was kind of a stretch. Now my wife was adamant to find a house here that met certain criteria based on what she wanted, so for a long time since moving to Wisconsin she could not find her aEURoedream houseaEUR? until we met Johnny. I must admit I never saw my wife that engaged, involved and enthusiastic for a house as she had been when Johnny showed her the house. Unfortunately, it was not possible to purchase the house since our incomes would not have sufficed to afford both houses for mortgage qualification purposes. My wife was so desperate and talked to Johnny about how she wanted that house so badly because for the very first time all of our family members agreed that this house was what they wanted to call their home. Johnny guided us with very insightful advice, even going above and beyond to help us purchase that house. To conclude we ended up purchasing the house and we cannot thank Johnny enough for his assistance, guidance and direction that helped us get the home of my wifes dream. I highly recommend Johnny for all your home buying and selling experiences because you will see in him the highest level of honesty, integrity and professionalism that is a scarce commodity in the real estate endeavors nowadays.Robert Ndoyi

ZillowVERIFIED Johnny Sylvain was our buyers agent for our recent purchase in Madison, Wisconsin. His performance was without equal and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Johnny was able to show us several relevant properties and assist us with our issues at the closing. It has been a joy to spend time working with a professional like Johnny who knows his stuff. I will recommend him to my friends and will seek him out for my next real estate transaction. Rarely do I rate someones services so highly, but this is easy, five out of five stars for Johnny Sylvain. Thanks Johnny!

ZillowVERIFIED Johnny was the perfect realtor for us. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and persistent. With the market being insane right now, we lost a few of our few offers, but he ultimately helped us to find our dream home through his negotiating skills. The entire experience was made better through Johnny's support. He helped us to pick out homes to see based on our criteria of "needs." He was prompt in sending us new properties that popped up if he thought we would like them. My husband and I have crazy schedules and he was extremely flexible in meeting with us when it was easiest for us. Even when we were viewing properties, he was right there with us, looking at what would need updates, what was recently updated, and what would need to be replaced down the road. He was honest throughout the entire process, which really helped us to find our home and to know what to expect, especially with my husband and I buying our first home. I highly recommend trusting Johnny to help you find your dream home to anyone looking for a home in the Madison area.

ZillowVERIFIED Johnny was such an incredible agent and I am so glad we had the privilege of working with him. As first time home buyers, we were very nervous jumping into the crazy sellers market. We wrote on and lost two homes right away and were very discouraged. As upsetting as this was, Johnny was there for us the entire time and reassured us that those were not meant to be and that the perfect house for us was still out there. When we went to the showing of what would become our home, we were nervous to see over 20 cards for other agents that showed the home. We knew there were going to be a lot of offers and that we would have to have a really strong strategy if we had any hope of getting our offer accepted. Johnny was so knowledgeable of the market and came up with a great strategy. With his powerful negotiation skills, we were able to beat out 16 other offers and now live in the home of our dreams. We could not have done this without Johnny and the rest of the Keeling Homes team. We are so incredibly greatful for all of the hard work he put in along the way and will absolutely reccomended him to anyone looking buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Johnny helped us navigate the Madison housing market while we were stuck looking from out of state. He viewed homes for us, sent us pictures and videos, and offered valuable insights into the condition and value of the homes we were interested in. He also took time on a Saturday evening to accommodate our trip out to look at homes on short notice. He was very knowledgeable of the area and led us to getting an accepted offer on a place we really like. We would definitely recommend Johnny.

ZillowVERIFIED I started working with Johnny in late December 2017 looking for a condo/townhouse. He was great - showed me a few places, listened to what I liked and didnt like, showed me a few more places and had an offer in and accepted by mid January. He answered numerous questions for me about the process, properties, and was very responsive.
