ZillowVERIFIED ONE OF A KIND REALTOR!! I contacted Johnny Royall 2 yrs ago about a house that was previously on the market to see what the status was. He stated the listing had been removed but wanted to know if we were looking to purchase a home. I explained that we were not in the position to buy, we needed to repair our credit, so it would be some time before we could purchase. He understood and said to call him if we needed to. Imagaine my surprise when 2 yrs. later I get a phone call from Johnny Royall asking how we were and were we ready to purchase a home. Not only did he keep my name amd number for 2 yrs, he put us in touch with the right people for financing and we are closing on our very own home at the end of the month.
