Having not made a property purchase in over 25 years, things had changed and we were very unsure of the process. Johnny aptly navigated us through the maze that home lending has become. Somewhere in the middle of the 2020 pandemic and all the chaos around us, my family shifted ideas on what we were looking for in a home. Johnny rolled with it. We found us a home in early November and we made a bid, along with other parties. Johnny visualized what it would take for us to win this bid. Due to his great communication, hard work, and knowledge, we won the house of our dreams! By the time we closed the loan, we were in a completely different house than what we originally thought we wanted, but very much happier for it. Johnny never flinched as our agent and when it comes to paperwork, he is a go getter from the start. He was recommended to us through Veterans United and we are very thankful for that. He stands with confidence and assisted in making the whole process more fluid and less stressful. He has great communication skills. Johnny is very dependable and responded to all the questions and worries my wife and I had. We could not recommend him more. If you need an agent, he will not let you down.

ZillowVERIFIED I hardly ever write reviews, but thought I needed to regarding Johnny. What can I say about this guy. From the beginning, I knew I was in very capable hands. Johnny listened to us and provided everything we needed with honesty and integrity. Set my listing to sell, and boy did it. Within 3 hours we had a viable offer and I could not be happier. My husband and I relocated out of Nashville and were in the process of buying a new house, which as you know causes a lot of stress. Johnny took care of everything on the selling side so that I could concentrate my efforts on the buying side. I cannot say enough about this man. If you are buying or selling, this is the guy you want to guide you through it! you will not be disappointed!

ZillowVERIFIED Johnny was great! He listened to what we wanted and what we liked. He started by setting us up a search through his company that was more up to date than others as to whether something was already under contract or not. We used it along with Zillow to find our houses to look at. He walked us through the process of drive by looking and then actual showings because youll be surprised how just driving by can cross one off the list. He helped give us guidance when we were stuck on two different houses. He made sure that we knew what was going on every step of the way as we were buying this house and selling our previous home as well. He calmed our fears because we had heard horror stories of trying to buy and sell at the same time. Honestly it was not bad at all and Johnny assured us of this from the beginning. We were under contract when this virus hit and Johnny adapted to what was going on. There was never a day that we couldnt call or text him with concerns of the unknown. Would we use Johnny again? Absolutely! Although, we dont know if that will happen because we think he helped us find our forever home. Thank you Johnny!

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Johnny Roberts is everything and more that anyone could ever expect from a Realtor. (in my opinion). When I spoke with Johnny for the first time, I will admit I was a little overwhelmed with the man's confidence. He wasn't so much selling Exit Reality as he was selling himself, and what he could do for me and my family on finding a home. I have never been so impressed with 1 man in a occupation as I was him, he was positive in every aspect, had solid listening skills, and stayed intuned with me and my families needs 100% of the time. I never found him to be pushy, he always strived for quality over quantity. I really just can't say enough great things. I guess I will wrap this up with, if you know what you want, this man will find it, if you want a realtor that will give you the type of top grade attention you may see on TV, this man is your star. He found our home and had us moved in, in less than 60 days. We couldn't be happier.
