ZillowVERIFIEDJohnny was absolutely amazing to work with! It was our first time buying a home and Johnny walked us through every step and made sure we fully understood anything. Anytime I had a question or concern, he was available to answer. Buying a house is very stressful, but working with Johnny really helped to relieve some of the stress. I don't think we could have done it comfortably without him.

ZillowVERIFIED Johnny Mondello made our home buying process so wonderful. My husband and I are first time home buyers. Not only was Johnny's guidance and expertise greatly appreciated, he gave us a lot of helpful tips and facts that helped me feel like a more educated home buyer. This helped me feel like I could better understand so many new topics associated with buying a home. You can tell not only that he loves what he does, but that he's very good at what he does. I could not have imagined a better first time home buying experience, and in this market too! I would highly highly recommend Johnny Mondello and whenever we decide to sell look for our next home, I know who I'll be contacting!!

ZillowVERIFIED Johnny went above and beyond as our buyer's agent. We got a great price, well below the listing price. He was available, a great communicator, and had a lot of contacts. Most of all he was very thorough and patient in investigating the history of the house we were interested in. We couldn't be happier with the final result. Highly recommend!!

ZillowVERIFIED Great service and very attentive to what needs to get done. We had a few hurdles during the course of getting my house sold but eventually resolved it all and got it done. One thing I am very appreciative about Johnny and his team is the optimism on what we could get accomplished. I needed that push a few times during it all and for that I am grateful. Pleasure doing service with you.

ZillowVERIFIED John is an outstanding realtor who goes above and beyond for his clients. He did a fantastic job marketing the home and we had a contract within the 1st week that the property was listed. I was most impressed w John's commitment to me when we experienced some challenges w the home during the inspection. John had numerous contacts within the industry to assist w the issues and get the property back on track for the sale. But I'm most impressed w John's integrity through the process, he does what he says and says what he does. I would highly recommend John to anyone looking to sell their home!

ZillowVERIFIED Due to personal reasons we had to move to an out of state location. Prior to placing the house on the market we had never met John, but found him through a mutual contact. John worked tirelessly to sell the house and produced multiple offers. His knowledge of the market allowed us to receive a great offer and closed in a reasonable timeframe.

ZillowVERIFIED John is a miracle worker! He showed us houses that matched our criteria very well. The house we really wanted was under contract with an investor who was on the fence about going forward with his sale. John informed him that if his heart wasn't in it, he knew our family desperately wanted it and he had other homes for the investor to chose from that better suited his needs. So, we won the bid and John made the process fast and easy. Two years later and we are still in contact with him and greatful for his help! we couldn't be happier! Thanks again, John! We would't refer to anyone else.

ZillowVERIFIED I have purchased two investment properties through John. Not only does he have a broad understanding of the market, but he is very knowledgeable in real estate from the perspective of an investor. He and I have spent countless hours reviewing strategies and approaches to maximize my return on my investments. I don't feel that this is a quality that every real estate professional possesses, which keeps me coming back to John. Additionally, John is a genuinely nice guy, and a pleasure to work with. I look forward to my next deal with him.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were responsible for selling his brothers house and we are not from that area. We called John's realty company on the recommendation of someone hired to clean the house but not with any one person recommended. It was one of those times where you get it right the first time. John answered my blind call immediately and within 2 hours had come to the property we were selling. He took his time looking at property and explaining everything to us. We then went to his office where the people there are also very pleasant and efficient. John was very accommodating, keep in touch with what was happening and who was looking at property. I could not have picked a better realtor even if I had know him before. He's a great person to work with and I would recommend him highly.

ZillowVERIFIED John Mondello handled every detail for me when I decided to sell my home. He helped me get the house ready to sell, took fantastic pictures for online viewings and worked to accommodate my busy schedule with the showings of the home. He had first hand knowledge of my neighborhood and knew the area from a realtors' perspective. He was even able to recommend a handyman to fix a couple of projects I needed taken care of before selling the house - he thought of everything for me! I highly recommend him! I had an offer after my house was on the market for only 3 days!

ZillowVERIFIED He was very patient, understanding, and competent, also very friendly. He always took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for no matter how long it took me to figure out. It was a good 3 months before I found a house I really wanted. He was very understanding of the area I wanted, and of the specifics I was looking for in that area. He found a fairly new constructed neighborhood that was exactly what I wanted and got me a great deal. He felt like a friend that wanted the best for me, instead of a salesmen that just wanted to get the job done.
