Johnny Fontana

Johnny brings a lifelong passion for homes and white-glove client service to his role at Golden Gate Sotheby's International Realty.

Raised in a family of builders, Johnny developed a deep appreciation for quality craftsmanship early on-collaborating with his father to build their family home from the ground up. This foundation, combined with his successful experience acquiring and renovating properties in both Los Angeles and the Bay Area, gives him a unique perspective on what makes a home truly outstanding.

For buyers, Johnny's keen attention to detail allows him to quickly identify quality-built homes and strong long-term value. For sellers, he has a clear understanding of what today's discerning buyers seek in the luxury Peninsula market-from design and functionality to lifestyle and presentation-enabling him to position each property for maximum impact.

Before transitioning to real estate full-time, Johnny spent 15 years in Los Angeles owning and operating a private wellness studio, serving celebrity clients, professional athletes, and high-level executives. This experience honed his ability to listen intently, anticipate needs, and deliver personalized service with discretion and care.

A proud Hillsborough resident with his wife and three young children, Johnny understands firsthand the profound role a home plays in family life. He is committed to guiding clients with transparency, proactive communication, and tailored strategies every step of the way.

Whether buying, selling, or investing on the San Francisco Peninsula, Johnny is dedicated to achieving exceptional results. Contact him today to discuss your real estate goals.
