ZillowVERIFIED Johnny helped us to sell our house while simultaneously purchasing a new build. He put our house on the market at the exact right time. He professionally managed the flood of offers that came in (30+ offers) and presented them to us in an organized manner so we weren?t overwhelmed. The house was under contract in 2 days. He answered all of our calls no matter what time of day. The sale of our house closed and the next day we closed on the new home. The timing could not have been more perfect. We know others that purchased a new build and did not use a realtor and they faced many issues and obstacles. Our experience went seamlessly because we had Johnny in our corner. Initially, we looked at existing homes and Johnny was very flexible with scheduling showings, and extremely dependable as he showed us a home in the aftermath of a winter storm. He walked us through the entire home buying experience, making what could have been a stressful time into a very low stress time. His explanations were well crafted and knowledgeable, and he set appropriate expectations throughout the process. His responsiveness was top notch, even answering texts when out of the country. Eventually, we went with a new build, and again we were well guided throughout, from contract to move-in. He responded to all our messages promptly, he either answered our questions or found someone who knew the answer, and he didnt mind if we wanted to pack a bunch of showings into an evening because thats what our schedule allowed. We changed price ranges and areas of town and he was understanding and helpful through it all. He was also very kind to my 6 year old son who is very inquisitive and asks a ton of questions. When we got to closing even the other real estate agents commented on how easy Johnny made the process for them- this was all so reassuring especially when making sure a large purchase.
