ZillowVERIFIEDJohnnie helped us buy our first house 12 years ago. He is easy to work with and goes above and beyond. Over the years he has shown us many properties without complaint when things didn't work out. This year we had a cross country move so he helped us sell that house and set us up with a realtor in the new city. He also helped us find a painter and made sure we sold at a fair price so we wouldn't have to be on the market too long, but still got a good value for our home.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I had a great homebuyers experience with Johnnie and Aaron at Remax. Johnnie was very knowledgeable, attentive, and honest. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking to buy or sell!

ZillowVERIFIED Johnnie was fantastic and really went out of his way to help us find our perfect home. We were relocating from out of state and he responded quickly every time we needed him. He even toured a home for us and video taped it for us to see. He listened to our wants and found a home that met our needs and helped us close the deal. We would use him again in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED He helped me find a good investment property when i wanted to invest. He helped me simultaneously negotiate with several parties to acquire the properties that i want in the price range i was looking for. The property has turned out to be a good ROI.

ZillowVERIFIED We have listed and purchased two homes with Johnnie. He is a pleasure to work with. When looking for our second home, he was very patient and never made us feel like we were wasting his time. He listened to what we were looking for and only sent me to the homes that he felt would be a good fit.

ZillowVERIFIED Johnnie went out of his way to help us find our first home. We lived in a location that was 2 hours away from our final destination and he was willing to commute and work with our work schedules. As we bought a Spec. home we had his help the entire way through with communication to the builder.
