ZillowVERIFIED Johnnick was very helpful throughout the selling process. We were doing some remodeling of the house to get it ready for sale and he came out to give us pointers on what to focus on. We even used some of his contacts for painting the house and for some house inspections. Johnnick kept us informed on the housing market and comparable houses in the neighborhood so that we could price the house accordingly. It was our first time selling a house so we had alot of questions and Johnnick was really patient and helpful in explaining what everything meant. He even drove to our place to deliver documents to sign and picked up the keys once the house was sold. In the end it was a great experiece working with Johnnick and his team.
