She was quick at responding, doesnt want to waste your time showing you 100 different places that just dont add up to what you want. She truly listens and cares. Every place she walked us through she pointed out things we would have missed and came with the home history papers in hand. Anytime I sent a text she answered, day or night (I'm sorry again??). She made sure we had everything my family needed in our first home. She answered every question and explained the entire process to us so we were always in the loop. When we found the one late at night she had our offer final and sent in by morning! Has wonderful recommendations for inspectors and contractors. I will forever recommend her to anybody especially first time buyers who need guidance!!

ZillowVERIFIED I have relocated from the Idaho panhandle to the east coast in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic (CRAZY!). After searching for a new home from Maryland, to North Carolina, to Virginia, to several disparate areas in West Virginia, I contacted Johnna based on one of her listings. I had never been to the Charleston area until the day I drove into town and met with Johnna for the first time. She took me through four counties on that first day and, as I pointed out what I liked about each home (and what I didn't) she would comment on each as she processed what would comprise the best home for ME. Through MANY subsequent visits, Johnna narrowed searches, wrote several offers, guiding me, but never pushing me to do anything I was uncomfortable with. The third house I made an offer on was accepted. Alas, the inspections did not come back favorably (Johnna KNEW there were issues and cautioned me about making an offeraEUR"I should have listened), but Johnna never missed a beat when I decided it was going to be a money pit and set up more houses for me to view before I left town again. We viewed several more houses and she (patiently) wrote a fourth and final offer for the house that will become my safe haven in a few weeks. Through nearly two months of house hunting, Johnna knowledgeably and patiently traipsed me from Charleston to Huntington and all points in between as I searched for a place to call home. On my first night in town, she not only recommended a wonderful hotel, but had me follow her to the hotel, pulled into the parking lot and made sure I had her cell number in case I needed anything that night (incredible service!!!). As a native, she knows the area, including all of the backroads. Her sunny disposition, indefatigable energy, responsiveness, professionalism, expertise, and impeccable service are unparalleled in my experience. Whether you are an area native looking to buy or sell a home, or are like me, a stranger feeling a bit lost and overwhelmed as you navigate a new neighborhood, I HIGHLY recommend Johnna Jones to serve as your realtoraEUR"you will appreciate her as much as I do.
