Johnathon was a pleasure to work with, we were looking for property in 3 different states and worked with multiple realtors and plenty that either didn't return calls or just didn't want to put forth any effort, Johnathon did it all even driving hours back and forth around Kentucky to find that perfect place and he did, we cannot thank him enough for his diligence, he is the absolute best!

Very accessible and informative. John was very accommodating to us living hours away and was kind enough to drive out of his way to give us a video tour of the home. He kept us informed of all new details soon as they became available and was very helpful in helping us navigate this process. Highly recommend.

Extremely responsive, extremely helpful, negotiated well, stayed in touch with updates on the process, worked well with my lender, advised me on all options and was there every step.

John helped me a ton. I am a first time home buyer, and to say I was out of my element is being generous. John held my hand and guided me through the process. If I had a question he was Johnny-on-the-spot with a reply. He treated me with respect and showed a genuine interest in my life. At closing he presented me with a personalized plaque that he had made to commemorate the occasion. Just an all around great guy!

Johnathon was a pleasure to work with. This was my first home to purchase and he never made me feel like I was stupid and answered all of my questions to the best of his knowledge. If he didnt know the answer, he found it in a very timely manner. He was always available and made the process go very smoothly.

We are first time homebuyers and Johnathon was the absolute best help! He always answered any question we had, and if he didnt know he would figure it out. He was always so kind, and even would check in on us in down times when we was just waiting on the next step. I would absolutely recommend Johnathon to everyone I could if I knew who was buying a home!
