ZillowVERIFIED All I can say is THANK YOU! We had moved out of state from Valencia to Idaho. Lived there for a few months since we had some issues arise and forced us there. We rented. Didn?t like it and wanted to move back. I got Johnathan Frank?s number from a close friend. My friend told me I would be in great hands. And obviously you hear this about everybody who refers Realtor but we really were in great hands. Keep in mind I was also 30 weeks pregnant approximately may be a little longer and I wanted to move back to Valencia and the stress of moving back was just awful. Luckily Johnathan Frank was there to help me throughout the whole process as well as our lender. Johnathan gave me his honest opinions about properties and being that I was not in town he was more than happy to show up for inspections and checking on things. We had to have some stuff done to the new property and he was there to make sure there was a lock box with the key in it so workers could get in the house. Working with the cat and Paul team isn?t just like working with a regular realtor. They don?t ever forget you. We get emails once in a while and they give us tips or recently we got an email with a Redbox code for a free movie rental one night. They are really good to their clients. I am really happy I chose Johnathan and his team he made it very stress-free and was extremely honest with me and my husband regarding timelines etc. If you were on the fence about which realtor to choose please choose Johnathan Frank he will not disappoint you! ZillowVERIFIED The team at Cat And Paul were exceptional in helping me and my wife sell our condo in Santa Clarita. I worked primarily with Johnathan Frank and Holly York, who provided wise counsel and frequent updates. Johnathan was honest about the state of the real estate market and spoke frankly (no pun intended) regarding what our asking price should be and in disclosing all the costs associated with the sale of our home. He provided me with an estimated proceeds sheet before listing our home that was within a few hundred dollars of what we received (we actually received a few hundred dollars more in profit). When Johnathan recommended that we stage our home, the quote that he gave us was actually less than the actual cost to us. He took the difference upon himself and recouped the money to us in closing costs. In the end, we received our full asking price within two days of being on the market...and our unit was the most expensive out of three similar homes. We could not have been more pleased with the experience.
