John is awesome! He sold our house in December for the asking price. His negotiation skills are excellent. John responds quickly and professionally. We had some electrical and plumbing issues that needed addressed during the closing process and he recommended contractors who completed the job fast with very fair prices. We contacted John to help us manage the estate sale of our relative's home. We quickly discovered that not only was John's knowledge valuable in determining what needed to be done etc. but he was able to use his contacts to get contractors in quickly to take care of everything from an estate sale, to doing maintenance and repair on HVAC, plumbing and electrical, and even getting a mover to remove unwanted furniture. No matter what the obstacle he would say "don't worry, I'll take care of it." And he did, every time. His advice on listing price proved to be spot on. Throughout the entire process he was on top of every detail while keeping us informed. Strongly recommend contacting John for any real estate needs you may have.
