ZillowVERIFIED John was extremely helpful through the whole process of selling my Mom's house. He gave great detailed information about expected selling prices and walked us through each offer as they came through and answered any questions we had during the closing. He really has a wealth of local knowledge and I highly recommend that you use his services if you are buying or selling your house.

ZillowVERIFIED Recently worked with John Walker to sell my mother's home. The experience was great. He helped me throughout the whole process, provided answers to all my questions, and helped give advice on various aspects of the steps leading to the listing, showings, and then the sale. He was very prompt to answer my inquiries and very flexible especially since most of the time I was not in the region. This really shined when an issue came up related to a gas leak at the house and trying to get everything done remotely was getting difficult. He helped identify another plumber to get competing quote and helped advise how to get the repair done while I was not able to be present. Needless to say, everything involving the sale smoothly all the way through to the closing. I highly recommend working with John if you are looking to sale your home.

ZillowVERIFIED Nicole is the first realtor I've ever worked with and I would not want any other one. She's very knowledgeable about real estate and professional when it comes to dealing with issues. She's gone above and beyond for us trying to get us our dream home and she has always been very patient with us and explained all questions we had in detail (we had a lot of questions since we're first-time home buyers). I'm really greatful that we found her because she made buying a house a fun event instead of a headache. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

My wife and I couldnt have asked for a better realtor. John has been with us every step of the way and has made it incredibly easy during these times. ZillowVERIFIED First off I would like to start off with Ive worked with multiple realtors over the years and been around familys realtors and Nicole is hands down the best realtor Ive ever had the pleasure of working with/meeting! She ALWAYS answered our texts and calls no matter the time day or night! She made sure to always get us the houses we wanted to look at on the days and times we wanted. She never once complained even went out of her way at almost 6pm to do a last minute showing almost 50 minutes away. She was also super honest. We never ONCE felt rushed or pressured into anything. She was very honest about houses and issues and pricing. She wasnt worried about getting the higher priced range houses for her benefit. She made sure we had all the information we needed when we needed and/or wanted it. Even when we decided in the long run not to move up north and move closer to home (which meant unfortunately she couldnt help us due to distance) she still checked up on our well being and STILL made sure our other realtor was meeting our needs. I am so grateful to have met her and have been able to work with her and get her opinions and knowledge on many things because it has truly helped us in our buying process.

ZillowVERIFIED John and his team went above and beyond for us as first time home buyers. We were nervous about the process, but he took the time to outline the entire buying and closing process for us, including estimated expenses, so there would be no surprises. We were able to view and and put in an offer on our home before it was even listed, which is undoubtedly Ana amazing thing to encounter during this crazy market. His team worked closely with our lender, which made for a super efficient and smooth transaction. I would recommend The walker group for anyones realty needs.

ZillowVERIFIED John Walker and his team are the best at what they do! I had my house listed twice before with other realtors (at a lower asking price) and had no luck selling. Before even listing, John helped me with recommendations for getting the house ready and answered all of my questions. His networking and social media skills resulted in several showings on the very first day, and we were under contract in less than 24 hours! Throughout the entire process he was knowledgeable, professional and responsive. 10/10 will use again for my future real estate needs!
