ZillowVERIFIED When I had to sell some property my father owned in another state, I was nervous about how that would work. Thanks to a quick search for local realtors, I came upon John Tate. John was very quick to respond to my request and was familiar with the property. The entire process was so much quicker than I even imagined and John was there for me every step of the way. I never had to travel to get this done. I hope our paths cross again some day because it was an excellent help to have John on my team.

ZillowVERIFIED John has represented me on 2 home purchases and I can't say enough good things about him. John is very knowledgeable and professional. ZillowVERIFIED Mr Tate went above and beyond the call of duty. He met us in a timely manner and at every house that we were to look at and gave us thorough and good information on the house buying process and the area they were wanting to move to, was pretty much always available and would travel great distances even in all of our efforts and I thank him very much and I highly recommend him

ZillowVERIFIED John helped us buy our first vacation home in Cherokee Village back in 2020, and then sell it earlier this year when our lives took us down another path. He was by far the most honest, earnest, hard-working realtor we have ever met, and it didnt hurt that he was genuinely fun to work with! We recommend him 100% with no reservations, and he is the only realtor we would ever consider in any area he serves.

ZillowVERIFIED We had had 2 houses for sale for over a year trying to sell them ourselves. We listed our property with John Tate. Within a week or two, folks were already coming to look at the houses. John was always available if we had questions and very personable. It was like we were his only clients; although, I know that is not the case. His guidance through this entire thing has been a very positive experience for us. We would highly recommend him to anyone who is buying or selling property.

ZillowVERIFIED This man was meant for the job of working with people.I wasn't able to visit the property, but he described it masterfully to me and even went over his personal experiences in the area. He also listed all the downsides to the area (which were negligible) because he seems to operate under a code where what you see from him is what you get. He told me EXACTLY what I was getting into before I made the purchase. This is a man who cares to be perfectly honest. John is a man of God. Literally weeks after signing the documents for the purchase, I lost my job. John, with the seller's permission allowed me to cancel after I'd already signed everything. He told me it was no problem and that sometimes things happen in life that we can't control. What a wonderful, honorable person. He rescued my family and I from debt that would've been crippling. God bless you Mr. Tate, I will always be grateful.

ZillowVERIFIED We we're out of town buyers and needed a different kind of person to deal with. John was always there for us when we needed him. If we had questions he would have them answered in a very timely manner. My sister in law lived 20 minutes away and she would meet him at the property no questions asked when we needed him. Dealing with John was not only professional, we felt like we a friend helping us. He did not push us to buy and we didn't feel he was just looking for a paycheck and sell fast. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in his area.

ZillowVERIFIED Are you looking for an honest real estate agent? Then you've found your man. John is on the the best real estate agents I've ever worked with. He's a stand up guy who understands your needs and works his tail off to meet them.It took nearly a year for me to finally but my own home here. John was fully understanding of my situation and he helped me find a rental until I was ready to buy. I'll be looking to sell this house and buy another and I'm not even considering anyone else!

ZillowVERIFIED John is a pleasure to work with. I could not make the trip to this area to view properties so I searched on Zillow. I found my house online and felt it would suit me perfectly. I had reached out to another agent but she would only suggest other homes. She said my choice was not her favorite. I saw that John was also listed as an agent that may be of service...so I called him. I instantly formed a rapport with him, and that was the best decision I could have made. He went out of his way to give me a full report on my home and assured me I had made a good choice. He gave me a list of inspectors, answered all my questions and concerns. He had all the paperwork ready and the closing was flawless. If I could give him more stars I would! Highly recommend this awesome agent.

ZillowVERIFIED John was very patience as I searched for the best home for me. He truly cared and wanted me to be happy with my purchase. He did not push me to look at homes that were outside my budget, but helped me stay on track. He explained the process as we went along and I felt very comfortable. I was moving here from another state so I had lots of questions. We found the perfect home for me. He has continued to be source of knowledge as I get settled in my home. I now think of John as part of my family. He is such a blessing!

ZillowVERIFIED From the start John understood what we were looking for in a second home. He didn't try and sway us into looking at houses that we wouldn't need interested in but he worked to show us listings that fit our specifications. We ended up finding a home that fit exactly what we were looking for and met every one of our expectations. John worked tirelessly to make our experience go as smoothly and quickly as it possibly could have. We were so pleased with our experience with him that we recommend him to my mother just recently when she was looking and once again he stepped up and helped put her in a home that was just right for her.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a pleasure doing business with John. He was very helpful, but never pushy. I'm totally turned off by the hard sale stuff. If there was something he wasnt sure about, he didnt make up BS. He was honest and got back to me very quickly with correct info. Always promptly answered my calls or texts/emails. Feel like I found a good realtor and friend.
