Brian far exceeded our expectations of how someone would help us sell our home. He was available any time day or night, and we had a couple of 9pm calls and at least one early call when we ran into issues getting our house ready - with him always ready to help us find a solution. Brian was willing to explore various other options for selling our property - to sell it as is, to fix it up before sale or to split the land into 2 or 3 parcels. He also provided us with a great list of other professionals who were all responsive and excellent workers - getting our house into a much more presentable shape in record time.
