We listed our property with John and had excellent service and results. He represented our property as we asked, we did not want a sign out front advertising the sale. We wanted only serious inquiries and John respected that. He did everything to advertise and show our property without the instant signage. He kept us informed as to when anyone wanted to see the property and what the result of that showing was. He took care of all the paperwork from beginning to end and then some. If anything came up after the sale all we had to do was call John and it was taken care of. We wanted to refer him to our family in WI because they are having an awful time with their realtor and NO results. John is an honest and diligent agent of his profession. We were fortunate to have him! Our property sold for only $1000 under our asking price. He helped us write up the sale document as to what would/wouldn't be included in the sale and other criteria. Just an FYI, when we initially came to Sweeney Realty we were looking to work with Jack, as we had met him from our neighbor and knew of his integrity and work ethic. Well, like father like son! I would go to Sweeney Realty any time,
