We found a home that seemed perfect and saw John as a realtor on Zillow (we did not have any realtor at the time to work with), I asked him about the house listed and it had sold within 3 hours of being on the market, he knows because he was the listing agent. So when we found a house we wanted to buy and we needed to sell our house, we came to him. He gave a realistic opinion of the asking price and knew we needed to sell quick. He got a professional photographer in on Thursday, listed on MLS Saturday afternoon, got the first showing Sunday at 6 PM and an offer at 9 PM. The photos really expressed the house for what we saw it as, and not plain old photos. We will definitely be working with him again.

We started our journey in January looking at a sample home. I told him that I couldnt commit to purchasing a home until my fiancee arrived overseas. He understood and we stayed in touch. ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I decided to look for a bigger property for our growing family. After reading reviews on John on zillow.com, we decided that he was the agent we were looking for. John was very knowledgeable with the real estate world. He was very patient with us. Id had a bad experience with previous real estate agent about 6 years ago who was very pushy to getting any property closed, but John just let us decide on our own and gave us tips and advice. However, I felt like we got pushed into closing a little early. We had only 3 weeks to close a property (bank owned) after signing a final agreement. And as for inspection, John recommended an excellent inspector, but inspection was done out of the contingency period. There were some minor issues we wanted the seller to fix, but they refused. John decided to fix those out of his own expense. I felt really bad, but John insisted that he wanted us to be happy with our decision. At the same time, I couldnt help but think if the property was a little overpriced. I just hope things dont start breaking down after we move in. Cross my fingers! But overall, John was an excellent real estate agent. We would use him again in the future.
