John joined us on our 1st home buying experience in earlier in the year. We put John through 3 long months of searching, trying to make sure we found the right home, for the right price for our budget. John was extremely patient and understanding the entire time. John arranged to view homes at some inconvenient last minute times, but he made it happen. When we thought we settled on a home, we found out some additional information late in the process and had to back out, then start the search all over again. 2nd home we settled on, the offer wasnt accepted, restart button once again. As they say 3rd times a charm, we finally closed on our home! When John needed to make things happen, he did. I would highly recommend John from a buyers perspective. His cool, calm, and collected approach to the process is very comforting during what normally can be a very stressful process. Thank you John!

John was very helpful with the difficult task of short selling my home. When I was fed up with the process and irritated with the endless paperwork, John was always calm and gave me the confidence to continue with the sale.

Wonderful service! Very kind and understanding of my situation of needing to buy quickly. Worked wonderful with an out of town lender and his staff was more than willing to answer my millions of questions as a first time home buyer.

John is an excellent Realtor having helped my husband and me as well as my daughter and son-in-law with home purchases. He has helped us understand the many nuances of going through the home purchase process. He was always available to answer our questions and took the initiative to be on top of the many details that we would not have thought to address.
