I am John Solaegui (say it like So-Leggy) and I have enjoyed being a top residential real estate agent since 2003, consistently ranking in the top 2% in sales production San Francisco. I was named among the top real estate professionals in an annual ranking sponsored by REAL Trends/Trulia, a highly regarded real estate ranking of agents in the US. I am a member of the Top Agent Network and former CFO and Board Member at the San Francisco Association of Realtors. I moved to the Bay Area shortly after graduating from college with a degree in Finance. While earning my MBA at UC Berkeley, I took every real estate course offered, including finance, marketing and design/development. The experience that most defined my passion for Home was the opportunity to transform a Pacific Heights "haunted" house into a stunning San Francisco Victorian. The transformation and eventual sale of that house propelled me from being a CPA and financial professional into residential real estate many years ago.
