I am John Solaegui (say it like So-Leggy) and I have enjoyed being a top residential real estate agent since 2003, consistently ranking in the top 2% in sales production San Francisco. I was named among the top real estate professionals in an annual ranking sponsored by REAL Trends/Trulia, a highly regarded real estate ranking of agents in the US. I am a member of the Top Agent Network and former CFO and Board Member at the San Francisco Association of Realtors. I moved to the Bay Area shortly after graduating from college with a degree in Finance. While earning my MBA at UC Berkeley, I took every real estate course offered, including finance, marketing and design/development. The experience that most defined my passion for Home was the opportunity to transform a Pacific Heights "haunted" house into a stunning San Francisco Victorian. The transformation and eventual sale of that house propelled me from being a CPA and financial professional into residential real estate many years ago.

I was one of the indecisive buyers, on and off the real estate market in SF for years. John and his team were extremely kind and patient throughout those times, and tirelessly accommodated me. So when the right time came and my husband and I found a place, without hesitation, I contacted them.
