I have been a client of The Dan Stacey Team for 3 years. Specifically the agent Chris Wurzel. He was there for us when we purchased our 1st home, he was there for us when we listed it for sale so we could purchase our farm. Chris has always been there to answer every single question I have ever had. Even during the times where I wasn't actively searching for a new property. Everything has always been very professional and very seamless and easy for us to understand. Chris always made it a point to speak in ways we could understand. I was looking to buy a house earlier this year which is when I got into contact with Chris. We looked at a few but houses were going fast at that time, so I decided to wait. He was great and would check in with me every few months letting me know how the market was doing and when I was ready to let him know. I started thinking one day that it was time to start looking again when Chris reached out. So we started talking about the what I was looking for and the things that I could go either way on. He would send me links of houses. Some good some bad but it helped narrow down exactly what I was looking for. We came up with a few to look at when I found exactly what I was looking for. Chris walked me through the process of how things would go be for he submitted my offer. Once it was accepted he helped me figure out how to move forward. He kept in contact with me weekly checking on how things were going with my loan and things I needed to get in order for the house. He was very helpful through the whole process. I am very thankful for him as he made the whole process of buying my first house go smoothly. I would recommend his team to anyone looking. He was always straight forward about the good and bad which is great to have when buying a house. I would recommend Chris to anyone looking for sure. He did an amazing job to help me find exactly what I wanted!

Chris Wurzel, from the Dan Stacey Team was very knowledgeable about current listings and process, and always professional. He listened to what we were looking for in a new home, and messaged me promptly if something popped up that fit our bill. He scheduled showings right away after we saw something of interest, and continued to follow-up after we had a rent-back situation with a seller on the home we finally purchased. We never felt pressured to buy something that didn't make sense for us, and Chris was along for path we wanted to take. My wife and I worked with Chris for almost two years. I can't count the number of showings we had in that time, but I do know we are very thankful to have worked with Chris throughout the process! He was always very knowledgeable on the many questions we had. Four offers later and we are in our new home and are very fortunate we took his advice to be patient and not settle.
