Barb & Rich Parks had a pop up opportunity to move to a senior rental townhome that we were on a waiting list for. Chris Neill was one of the realtors we immediately interviewed, and subsequently hired, to market our current Edina home. Both Chris Neills and Cassidy LeDucs communication skills are outstanding. Barb & I were kept in the loop and our numerous questions and concerns were fielded promptly. The Edina home sale was completed in about four days subsequent to listing the home for the asking price. The entire closing process was handled expeditiously and in accordance with our desires. Overall, these two folks deserve praise for their work ethic, realtor skills, and sales abilities.

If I could give a rating of more than 5 stars, I would have. Mike was our rock throughout our house hunting process. He was knowledgeable, smart, professional, funny and most importantly patient. He never once pushed us on a house. We worked with him for a few years before we locked in on a house that we now call home. You should work with Mike - he will make sure you get your home too, just like we did. :)

We had an amazing experience working with Steve! From the beginning when he explained the marketing/sales process he uses that is based on his current work with both buyers and sellers, including a review of comps for our property, we felt we made the right choice.
