ZillowVERIFIED Amazing results from John!Over the almost 16 years of living in my home on portage lakes, I had never met John but had seen his name and picture numerous times in the newspaper, advertising and homes for sale signs. When I was looking at listing my home, I did some research and found that John was extremely successful at selling homes homes quickly and for top dollar. I listed with John and was so impressed by how quickly he and his team sprang into action. The photos and videos placed in numerous places were Incredible and helped to have our home under contract in about 3 weeks and closed about 5 weeks later. Considering that this was a $650,000 sale during the Covid-19 crisis, I could not have asked for anything (or anyone) better. If you want your house sold quickly at its true value, reach out to John, you wont be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED John was amazing from the start. His decades of experience were evident on day 1 when he came into our home and made a realistic determination of value based on a thorough walk-through. During the process he communicated all crucial information rapidly and made sure we, as first time home sellers, knew what was occurring and what that meant. I dont believe any other realtor would have been able to assist us get the deal we received on our home sale. He is a genuine man and was wonderful with our children as well. Not enough stars available to rate our happiness with John Scaglione at Coldwell Banker!

ZillowVERIFIED John was absolutely amazing to work with! His reputation in the industry proceeds him, and he proved to us why is is one of the top agents in the State of Ohio. I would compare him to a highly sought after attorney- we felt honored to have him on our side and there is no one else I'd want fighting for us. He made us feel completely relaxed through the whole process- we knew he had everything handled and that there was no one who had more knowledge of the in's & out's of the industry than him. I just can't say enough good things about our experience with John. He has truly become a friend throughout this process. On a side note and more personal level: he was absolutely amazing with our kids- talking sports with our boys' (we learned John is a hard-core Browns & Indians fan), playing with my wife's daycare kids, AND he sold our old home two days after being listed!! John is just an all around amazing person. Thank you John!!

ZillowVERIFIED Yes, ive given John high marks. He was referred to me by a trusted relative. I found him to be very responsive without being aEURoepushyaEUR?....friendly, with an easy going manner. Explores well with you your plans for selling your home, asking critical questions, getting to the essentials while focusing on you the seller to be certain hes on tract with your goals. John was encouraging and predicted our house would turn over within 30 days. I thought he was trying to simply be positive. Our house went on the market around 8 one evening and sold to the first buyer the following morning for our asking price. He has kept up with us each step along the way day or night throughout the process of the sale. I would be pleased to refer him to others seeking a realtor. I want to add that John set the tone when we first met in his casual dress and sharing his background in real estate.....he was confident....and after an initial walk through our house he was certain he could sell our home. His demeanor made everyone comfortable throughout the process.

ZillowVERIFIED John helped us on our search for a home in the Portage Lakes area for over a year - he was very patient and after changing our requirements several times he had a sense of what we were looking for and showed us a home we would have passed by - we now own that home and after using his great negotiating skills - we got it at a very good price! John is with you every step of the way - inspections, appraisals, financing help, closing and even willing to help after closing! Don't think twice - if you need to buy or sell a home - John Scaglione is your guy!
