ZillowVERIFIED John made our first experience so easy. I only will be honest and state I gave 5 of 5 stars for negotiation, even though we did not purchase a home, we have to wait to purchase. There was no option for N/A so I opted for 5 of 5. Due to recently starting my own business, I was told we would have to wait until I have been in my new job for over a year before I qualify for a lenders approval. This was 3 months ago. John has been sending us constant updates on properties available, looking in our preferred neighborhood, as well as other local areas with homes in our budget. The other agents and lenders we spoke with stopped returning our calls / emails, immediately after we were told to wait a year. I look forward to working with John when we eligible and prepared to purchase a home.
