I represented both the seller and the buyer. The seller was forced to do a Short Sale, and the buyers, who have been my clients since 2016, wanted to live in the Camp Hill Borough. This was a unique situation, when all parties came together and a Short Sale was completed in less than 90 days. The average is 180 days, or more. I enjoy working with both sellers and buyers, and this transaction was memorable because I was able to help both of my clients at the same time!
