John was great at explaining the things I didn't quite understand when it came to the housing market. I was in a crunch logistically to sell my house and purchase one out of state while needing to get a minimum amount net. We went over projected numbers together to have a game plan. I have four cats and a timid, scared rescue dog; so his ability to allow me to accept the viewing requests was icing on the cake. When the offer came in, he was very upfront on what to expect and where we could or couldn't go from there. His industry knowledge and patience with my overthrowing is phenomenal. Highly recommend, five stars. Thanks John!
