Now it's our turn to highly recommend John to you in your selling or buying journey! Within a day of when we first contacted him, he was available and ready to do a market analysis and walk us through his processes and plan for getting our home listed. Our first impression was that he was very calm, professional, and informative - not at all pushy. He set up a staging consultation and photography session with his preferred photographer who really helped us make our home stand out among others in the area. The offers started rolling in soon after listing. John gave us updates throughout that time, including charts to compare offers. He used his knowledge and past experiences to guide us through reviewing and selecting the offer than best fit our needs and comfort level. For a flat fee listing, John still provided full-service, and went above and beyond to get our house sold, taking care of items while we were out of the area, and just overall handled the listing in a professional and trustworthy manner.This ended up not being a "one and done" listing, and John hung in there with us to get the house sold. The other realtors wouldn't even tell us how much we should price our home unless we pick them as the realtor first so they can do market analysis. John gave us the market analysis and price point on first meeting without pressuring us to select him as our sales agent. His flat fee is very low and well worth it. He got our home sold at the price we are happy with and did a great job. Communication was responsive and he always got back to us in a timely manner.

ZillowVERIFIED John is a lifesaver, and helped us not once, but twice. Two homes were needed, relocating a family from 500 miles away. From day 1, John was there, helping us understand the neighborhoods, the feels, all of the nuances. Tablet in hand, video recording tours and walkthroughs, and in some cases needing to dig up the details on very fuzzy properties, John did the legwork to help us get our bearings and targets. When we finally were able to get into town, we had found and closed the contract on the dream home for one half of the family within 2 days. The second round involved a much smaller available inventory later in the year, but John was there again, with the facts and the backgrounds in hand, video walkthroughs, recommendations and guidance at every step.
