What a team! They followed through with the persistent effort needed to get work done to the home by the seller in order to complete this deal. After getting this work done we were able to close in just one month after making our offer. John made the process easy for us by taking the reins and working closely with the seller. We were still in NY and John contacted us daily with progress updates. He listened and responded to our requests and concerns with much patience and expertise. We definitely recommend this team.

Local knowledge Process expertise Responsiveness Negotiation skills I live in California, but the property we were selling was in Vero Beach. With a 2,600 mile distance and 3 hour time difference, this team went above and beyond to make this a seamless transition. Not only was John a pleasure to do business with, he took calls and responded to texts late at night to answer any questions or address issues. He also went to our condo multiple times to let repairmen in and check for any damage after the hurricane, taking a lot of worry off my shoulders. Highly recommend the Roberts Team!
