ZillowVERIFIEDWhen we knew we wanted to place our property on the market, my wife, Karyn, and I contacted John and Erica Rittenhouse on the advice of a friend. Best advice we ever received. We loved their enthusiasm, positive perspective and creative thinking. They suggested including personal interviews along with still, video and drone photography. It was so clear to us that they were the perfect people to support us through this process. They kept us informed at every stage, reassured us when we needed reassuring, and made themselves available whenever we had a question or concern. We closed on September 30. We were so pleased with John and Erica, we worked with them on the purchase of our new home. They are not only competent professionals but also warm and genuine people with terrific senses of humor. Thank you John and Erica. Robert and Karyn Christensen

ZillowVERIFIED John & Erica took care of every little detail regarding the sale of my Mom's condo. Very appreciative as I live over an hour away and did not really have the time or knowledge to deal with it. All I had to do was show up at closing and sign my name. Thank you!!

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough about John, Erica and the rest of their team. From day one, they make you feel comfortable. They genuinely care for their customers and it shows. Whether I was just reaching out to them to consult on the market, ask advice, whether it was during my home purchase, or my refinance, they've always gone above and beyond for me, whether there was a benefit for them in it or not. Its been 4 years since I bought this home and I love the fact that they reach out just to say hi and check in or send a written card during the holidays. I will refer everyone I know to this group of true professionals, they have a client and a friend for life. If you are in need of a realtor, no need to go any further.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a wonderful experience working with Erica Rittenhouse! She was very responsive to any questions we had, and had great advice for how to make our offer as competitive as possible (and we got the house!). She was not pushy at all, and listened well to any questions or concerns we raised. And she helped us sell our house really quickly, too! Erica clearly knows real estate very well, and I would happily refer my friends to her.

ZillowVERIFIED We were so fortunate to have found John Rittenhouse when we moved to Coopersburg, Pa. As our Realtor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the price. He was very patient with my wife and I with all of our concerns with finding the right fit for our family. John was always more than willing to listen, understand and answer our questions. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with John was that he was always more focused on giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. We would recommend him to anyone. If your looking for the right realtor, John Rittenhouse is the answer.

ZillowVERIFIED As a team, Erica and John provide the detailed expertise to handle any real estate situation and always with integrity, honesty and a smile. We used the Rittenhouse Team all the way from a post-fire event, through re-construction to the sale. Once we listed our home, it was sold in four days. Settlement was a breeze and we received more than we expected. :-)

ZillowVERIFIED The Rittenhouse group went above and beyond helping my wife and I to find the right house. They listened to what we wanted, were very knowledgable about the process, and answered each question we had with honesty and professionalism. The home buying process is very complex and convoluted (at least to me), but every time something esoteric to real estate or complex was presented, the Rittenhouse group took care of us like Rock Stars. We hit a snag with a home we first put an offer on, and when it got rough and the deal hit the skids (on the seller's part), Rittenhouse pulled through in the clutch to do what they could and provided sage advice, saving us more frustration down the line. I would highly recommend John Rittenhouse to help take care of buying/selling your property. The process was much less painful than I anticipated due to their top notch service and knowledge of the industry.

ZillowVERIFIED Erica, our realtor, provided so much guidance and support during the process. We mildly joked with her that she was our life therapist; someone we could talk to, to get answers about all things related to purchasing our first home. My wife and I could not have asked for a better person and team to work with.
