I was a tenant and my landlord decided to convert my apartment complex into condos. I had two choices, either buy my unit or vacate. Lauren helped me weigh out all my options. She has a great network of connections in the San Diego area. She was able to show me places in Pacific Beach, North Park, University Heights and Normal Heights before they were on the open market. We had a limit amount of money to work with and had specific things we wanted in our home and she was very confident we would find it and she did. We worked with one realtor before her and we werent happy and she offered to help us. She responded to every question we had very quickly. She was so knowledgeable about the process. Once we bought our home my mom was unable to take pictures when we got the keys and she came back the weekend after just to take pictures for us so my mom could be in them. This whole process is exciting yet scary at the same time and she made sure we were aware of everything going on and she was just as excited as we were when we got the keys. She helped us with finding the right people to do the updating work that needed to be done and even find movers for us and whatever we needed.
