We have looked at a tremendous amount of homes, as we need something somewhat specific being as we plan on living in Lake Naomi 6 months of the year. He has shown tremendous amount of patience with us throughout the process. He knowledge of the community, the homes themselves, the restrictions etc are unmatched. He is extraordinarily organized and helpful as well as honest as they come! He's measured lot lines, climbed into crawl spaces, retrieved a ladder from his own home so we could look into an attic space and so much more. We continue to look, and have full faith John will find us what we need. Thank you John, we very much appreciate everything you've done to help us find our lake house.

Review We visited Lake Naomi and decided to look at some properties - exploring the possibility of a summer home. We called John because he was the rental agent for the property we were renting for the week. We were REALLY impressed with John. His knowledge of the area is excellent, and above all else, he is truly honest and incredibly thorough. We aren't sure any of the houses we've seen will work for our family (we have 6 kids - so it's hard to find a place large enough!), but when we do see a place that we think will work, John will be the first person we call. If you're looking for a realtor, look no further.

Review By far the best realtor i have worked with and there has been many over the years . From his instant phone call in response to an email inquiry on a listing to his follow thru on showing houses . He worked thru negotiations helped set up inspections and was even present for them . He went above and beyond his duties as a realtor , He looked at the purchase as if it was his own . I expect to do many more real estate deals with him in the future . You will not be disappointed I certainly was NOT !

Review John was quick to respond to our initial request to search for a home, immediately arranging for a full day of prospecting, including properties we had targeted and others he introduced us to. He has first hand knowledge of the community, with connections to a wide and varied list of local vendors which helped us in our decision making. Once we made a choice to submit a bid, he patiently walked us through the process and stayed in close communication all through the transaction. Though there we some snags in the process, John guided us through the obstacles and we were able to finalize. John is clearly passionate about his work and genuinely cares about his clients and their needs. I would easily recommend him to anyone looking for a property in the Poconos and especially in Lake Naomi.

Review If you are selling a house in Lake Naomi (or in that area), I suggest you give John a call. I needed to sell my parents house, in Lake Naomi, as part of their estate. John was very helpful in many ways. I currently live in FL so communication was extremely important. John kept in contact via text message and emails. I was notified when the house was shown and the results of the showing. Any questions were promptly answered. All the paper work was electronic and very efficient. When a low offer was given, he recommended to wait for a better offer which was good advice because a better offer did come along. If any repairs need to be completed for the sale, John knows the area and can suggest reliable people. If I needed to sell (or buy) a house in the Lake Naomi area, I would certainly contact John again.

Review John was our real estate agent when we bought our house in Pocono Pines. When we decided to sell a few years later, John was our first choice to list with. He knows the market very well, and his advice was spot on, which made negotiating smooth and easy. He also went above and beyond the call of duty by shoveling snow so that the house could be shown during the winter months. He is also one of the nicest persons I have ever met. Review John is professional and works hard to service his listings. He also is creative in bringing buyers and sellers together. We listed our large waterfront home with him. He would periodically check on our home especially during the winter months He would provide feedback from prospective purchasers. After a contract was signed and contingencies met he willingly helped us ready the house for closing. His demeanor and positive attitude make the stress of selling a home a more relaxed event.

Review I would highly recommend John. He is extremely knowledgeable on Lake Naomi real estate and is an absolute pleasure to work with. We were looking for a property at Lake Naomi to remodel. With each home we saw John was extremely thorough in reviewing each property with us, even if it meant climbing down into a crawl space to check out what was under the house. After looking at multiple homes, my husband and I ended up purchasing a foreclosed (Bank Owned) property. John expertly navigated us through the somewhat daunting process of purchasing a foreclosure. Review I can not say enough about John. We were in the market for a home in Timber Trails and we 'lucked out" by calling him about one of his listings that looked promising. He listened to exactly what we were looking for....older and younger kids, aging parents, blended family.....and he not only found us the perfect home but even on the day of closing he was hauling the sellers furniture that had remained behind in the sale, sorting sheets and linens. He stuck with us the whole day killing himself and arranging for items to be donated to local churches. His knowledge about heating systems and air systems (installed and converted after we bought) was extensive as well as his knowledge of septic systems and lake recreation activities! A renaissance realtor. Even months after settling on our home he has driven by to check on our house, turn on the heat when we couldn't make it up. His generosity and readiness to help has continued well beyond closing. He is tremendous!

Review We have worked with quite a number of realtors in our time and John Putriment was the kindest, most patient, least pushy, and most knowledgeable of all of them. This was our first experience looking for a home in a rural setting, so we needed lots of "tutoring" on well water, septic systems, etc. John did a great job with us and really listened to what we were looking for.
