Wanda was highly recommended to me by a co worker who used her for her co op purchase. I contacted Wanda to inquire about the process of purchasing a co op and she was completely honest and knowledgeable about the process. I told Wanda my price range, location and what I was looking for in my co op purchase , within a few days Wanda was able to show me a handful of co ops. Little did I know she would show me a apartment that had not even made it to the market. Which I instantly fell in love with, I put in a offer and within a few hours the offer was accepted. Wanda began to get the ball rolling, she recommended me to a lawyer, also reached out to seacost lending to get pre-approval. Unfortunately, we did come across a problem with the sellers bank that was 100% out of the control of anyone on my team but throughout the whole process Wanda continued to reach out and keep me updated and reassured that my team was doing all they could do to speed up my closing process.
