I am a full time Associate Broker and Team leader of The Kimberly John Group of RE/MAX Results. I am currently a Associate Broker in Maryland & Pennsylvania, a sales agent in Virginia and soon West Virginia. I was the Team leader of the Bremer-Potter team and Potter Home Group until forming The Kimberly John Group with my partner Kim Anselmo. We are currently a group of 6 multi state licensed agents and a very efficient administrator. Our systems and organization is amazing !

In todays market making sure that I advise my clients to take the emotion out of their decision to set themselves up for financial gain in the future. It took my recent buyers 8 offers to finally get theirs accepted. They did not spend more just to get a home. They have instant equity, not behind at the start of their homeownership. I worked hard to build the relationship with the agent on the list side, I helped the agent on the other side see that there was not going to be any issues with my offer, and finally it was chosen over the others. The greatest part was making the phone call to my buyers with their family gathered around to let them know that they won!! Cheers and tears !! Those moments are why this very hard career is so very satisfying.
I started in real estate right after the crash. I had a friend convince me to change careers and give it a go. I worked part time until 2013. I use to facilitate short sales by calling banks three times a week to go over files on listings that my team was handling. It was very difficult and frustrating at times. The turning point was a training that I attended in Texas. It opened my eyes to really how to handle a transaction on either the sell side or the buy side. My business and ability has skyrocketed since then. I am now an Associate Broker in MD & PA, licensed in VA, and soon WV and Delaware (I love the beach).
Certified Negotiation Specialist (CNE), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Graduate of the AHIT Home Inspectors school of training, Accredited Home Staging Specialist, Short Sale and Foreclosure(SFR) and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). A lot, I know. I love this career and strive to be the best and the go to for my peers.
