Jack went above and beyond to help us out-of-state, first-time home buyers find a home in the middle of the pandemic lockdown/quarantine. He was extremely responsive via text/call and would FaceTime us or send videos of the listed properties in which we were interested. Jack was happy to answer questions about the process and give information on common and uncommon things we were worried about. We were first time home buyers and Jack was well versed in the specific areas we were looking to buy in as well as other good vendors to use along the way, such as home inspectors and lenders. Overall, the home buying process went very smooth and we think that's in large part due to Jack.
