She had all the trades people in her arsenal and I did not have to source anyone. It seriously could not have been easier. Our home sold in 2 days at list price. She addressed inspection items and because of her we were saved money by not having to replace items that did not need to be replaced. Not only did she have people (painters, carpet) for updates, she had a handyman who could make the repairs needed from inspection report. I did not have to find anyone for this either. We will definitely use their agency again and have shared their name with friends who are considering listing. She is kind, personal, and I never felt like I was a bother even with multiple texts to her. She always responded promptly. 100% recommend with no hesitation.
