ZillowVERIFIED" John Padgett was an absolute God send. What a Professional and now a Friend as well. John walked me through the process so that I understood everything from selling my house and purchasing another. There were a few hiccups along the way and he jumped right on it and took care of it. Such a pleasure working with him. I would recommend him to anyone for sure. Thank You For Everything John and God Bless!!! "

ZillowVERIFIED I found John by chance and I'm so glad I did! He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and always attentive to my questions and concerns. As a single woman going through the home buying process, I found it difficult to find people I truly trusted. Some real estate agents, in my experience, are just out to sell any house as fast as possible and move on to the next client. John was the exception! I felt he had my best interest in mind even if it didnt benefit him at all. He went above and beyond for me and my family. When I wasnt able to attend a showing as I lived out of state, he would show my brother and parents properties and offered to check places out for me himself if they werent available. Dont miss out on this diamond in a rough of an agent!

ZillowVERIFIED John, had worked hard a few years ago showing us many properties and although it wound up not being the right time for us to buy. When it came time to sell our primary residence and move out of state I couldnt think of anyone better suited for the job then John Padgett. John had the house sold in one week and there were a lot of issues that had to be worked out with the buyers. John kept his patience throughout the whole process and basically salvaged the deal when we thought it was dead. House closed, everyone happy! Thanks John!

ZillowVERIFIED John contacted me after so many other realtors had tried. He was not pushy, didn?t promise me he would get whatever I wanted...practical, realistic and frankly was very honest with me. He was very responsive and got back to me quickly. I have dealt with a lot of realtors in my time and I would easily put him in the top two...and that is probably out of about 20.

ZillowVERIFIED John was extremely helpful in the selling of my home. He was able to assist me from afar as I was no longer local in the area and gave me the peace-of-mind that everything was being taken care of. John gave me excellent advice on the entire process and if I was to ever move back to the area, I would contact him again.

ZillowVERIFIED John worked with me and my wife for over 2 years with the search of our vacation property. He was always a phone call or a text away regardless what time or day it was. If I had a question he could not answer he would find the answer and get right back with me. We found our place he helped us negotiate with the listing agent and everything went great. John will always be my goto realtor and if someone I know needs help I will recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED We had given up the idea of selling our home and downsizing until we met John Padgett. My husband was very direct with John on the phone but John hung in there and listened. He then came to our home and we were very impressed. He listed our home, sold our home quickly, and also helped us find the condo we had been looking for. He did everything he said and then some. I would highly recommend John Padgett to assist you in the sell of your home and also to help you find a home. Thanks John. The Copseys

ZillowVERIFIED We were contacted by John and were impressed by his drive and determination. We live out of state and hadn?t realized that our condo?s value had appreciated as much as it had. If John hadn?t contacted us, we wouldn?t have realized that it was a great time to sell. Our entire transaction was smooth and painless. We highly recemmend John!

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted John through a Coldwell Banker website and was impressed by his quick response back to me. I am from West Virginia looking for a vacation home in my favorite spot of the world which is Myrtle Beach, SC. John was very helpful in finding what I had been searching for. He listened to my list of my wants and did his best at keeping it as close to the beach as possible while staying in my price range. Being from West Virginia he would schedule viewings around my schedule which was really appreciated. He would do all the background on the property, would show me new possibilities of neighborhoods which fit my needs best. Not being from the area, his knowledge of surrounding Surfside Beach and Murrells Inlet was very helpful in helping me make a decision and showing me new options. He was always eager to send me listings of new properties that were available while never coming across of being too aggressive or pushy. After only a couple months he did deliver exactly what I had been looking for. A wonderful home away from home perfect for my family & grandchildren only 5 miles from the beach in an excellent neighborhood with an affordable HOA, nice fenced in double lot with plenty of room for our grandchildren to play and for storage for our boat all within the price I was looking to spend. He was very professional and always came through with what hed say he would do in a timely manner. He was always pleasant to talk to, had a great personality and my husband and I always enjoyed talking to him. We felt like he was our first friend in Myrtle Beach and still from time to time well check in just to see how each others doing. I highly recommend John to anyone, local or out of state, to let him take care of any real estate needs. He is definitely an asset to your company.

ZillowVERIFIED After looking at many houses in Johns area and not finding exactly what I wanted, I started looking a little further inland. John had no problem showing me houses further inland even though he had to travel further and take up more of his time to show me houses until I found what I was looking for. Thank you John for a job well done.
