When my dad passed away and we needed to sell his house, I asked for his advice on how to sell it ourselves, and he came over and gave me some great advice! After some consideration, I decided to have him try to sell it. He was there every step of the way, and I think he would have been there whether he was selling it, or me! After the sale, I received a letter from University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital telling me that John donated to them in my father's name to thank us for selling the home with him! He's an amazing human, and has become a good friend! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!!

He was always available at whatever time we asked to view a property or set up a viewing. Not only was John very thorough in searching locations, but he has the knowledge to see potential issues that most perspective buyers do not know to look for or ask about. He also has some great suggestions on ideas to improve a home that is being considered. Another great aspect is that John does not care what the price is of the homes you are looking at. He will show the same energy whether your home is 50k or 300k and that shows right away and is very appreciated. Would recommend anyone I know of that is looking for a home to use John because it will be an extremely easy process to go through and he will not stop helping until you are satisfied. This is how buying real estate is meant to be done in my opinion.
