ZillowVERIFIED There are Realtors and then there is John Natale and his team. They are exceptionally good at what they do and Johns expertise and knowledge of the Real Estate market is par excellence. As first time home sellers, moving due to work, we tried to do our due diligence and vetted a few realtors out. We chose an acquaintance at first, that experience wasnt satisfactory at all and as dejected as we were we learnt our lesson. We were able to get out of that contract and seeing Johns name on a few listings in our neighborhood we gave him a call. Not only did he pick the phone up personally at 7:30 pm, he advised us and informed us of many real estate nuances we needed to understand, he even stated that we didnt have to chose him. He came over immediately the next day, gave us a sheet of what we should ask when interviewing Realtors, walked around the house and above all was very honest, a rarity in this profession we have learnt. John assured us, should we sign with him and not be happy we could nullify the contract, no questions asked, another plus for him. He was confident in his and his teams ability to get us a good offer. He expedited the photography and drone video process with exceptional results, in addition he wrote a descriptive and detailed narrative that truly reflected our home.John assured us he would advertise and have open houses every weekend till we sold (3 were what we needed), he made sure to follow all COVID protocols and he or his team were always there for private showings which made us feel at ease. Thanks to him and his team of realtors and his very hardworking assistant Chris, we received great offers.When we got the offers, John walked us through the process, gave us advice and was always available via phone or text. His positivity and knowledge make him one of the best real estate agents to have on your side. He also suggested a really good and honest real estate lawyer. As complicated and stressful a process as it is to sell a home, we did it with ease due to John and his team. We would highly recommend John Natale to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. ZillowVERIFIED After our friend, who did not have success with two other brokers, had worked with John and told us how successful he was in getting her home sold and for the right price, I called John to discuss the selling of our house. John came to our house, explained the process and what he and his team would do to sell our house at the list price.His expertise in getting the information on our house into the social media markets (both a slide presentation and video) was handled professionally. He set up a place where where we could track the appointments set up to view the house. Additionally, he was right on his suggested list price. Furthermore, he suggested, and I would advise anyone selling their house to do this, to have a pre-sale inspection of your property. Getting a certified inspector was worth the cost for the inspection. We were able to fix up a few of the necessary repairs prior to the formal inspection of the eventual buyers. There were only minor repairs that needed to be addressed because of the pre-inspection.We had two offers on the house and through his negotiations we were able to get the buyer to agree on the list price. And that price was higher than the price we expected to get.John was always available to speak and that was important as we were also in the process of buying a property, so we had to juggle a few things at the same time. I get you're a realtor you want to make money, however it is unethical to lie about zoning issues and past issues on the property. What a mistake trusting a realtor! Something about him told us he was not bring forthcoming, but hoping we found our "dream house" as he called is made us believers.
