Aside from showing me places that fit my needs perfectly he also covered some appointments on my behalf as part of inspections when I could not be there onsite and provided me a whole set of contractors and phone numbers for the utilities setup so we had no disruption in service. Such a nice convenience when I am not that familiar with the area. What helped the most was finding me a more attainable place I love just 2 min. from center of Asbury Park. His knowledge of the surrounding towns and communities was such a big help in making my decision and his responsiveness was fantastic so I didn't lose out in the competitive market going on right now. With the complications of having to remove an oil tank on my property, we finally got to the end of a very arduous and stressful experience and he guided me through it all. He is very knowledgeable and provided me with much support and answers when I needed to know something. He explained things so that I could understand. He was pretty much always available and responded to my texts and calls in a timely manner.This was also during the time of the Covid 19 pandemic.I originally decided to use John as my realtor because he was very helpful in providing me a market analysis a few years ago when I wanted to refinance my house which helped me decide whether to go through that process or not.He also referred me to another agent that lived in the area I wanted to relocate to and a lawyer to handle the legal stuff. They all worked great together and got the job done. I was very happy and pleased with their services.

Not only did he do his job but during our closing process he stepped in to help when other parties were slow rolling. Our transaction was not an easy one but he was there every step of the way. John went so far as to continue helping us even after the closing, when he had nothing to gain. We woke up the day after closing to find a basement full of water (yikes).
