John did a wonderful job start to finish. He gave great advice on how to ready the house for market. Hired a photographer that put our house in the best light. Marketed our house so after one open house, we had two competing offers, both over asking price.

John was so helpful with my relocation from Phila to the Asbury Park area. Aside from showing me places that fit my needs perfectly he also covered some appointments on my behalf as part of inspections when I could not be there onsite and provided me a whole set of contractors and phone numbers for the utilities setup so we had no disruption in service. Such a nice convenience when I am not that familiar with the area. What helped the most was finding me a more attainable place I love just 2 min. from center of Asbury Park. His knowledge of the surrounding towns and communities was such a big help in making my decision and his responsiveness was fantastic so I didn't lose out in the competitive market going on right now. I am so happy and would highly recommend John!!
