John Murdock is THE best realtor I've ever met. I have such a complicated schedule and his attention to detail, his communication, and his staff was far more than what I expected. With just a few questions they knew what I wanted and I sold my homes in a bid war and walked into a dream home like HGTV. He knows what he's talking about. John and Caitlyn helped me get my house sold while I was away in another state. First of all, John was the only one out of dozens of realtors who actually called back weeks later to check back on me when I was not even his client. Caityln was on top of everything and kept me updated with the whole process. From finding the buyer to fulfilling HOA's trivial guidelines, John and Caitlyn made the whole process seamless. If your agent can make the client feel this comfortable selling a house hundreds of miles away in another state, you know are working with the top-notch. I am still appreciative of their hard work and I will definitely call them up again if I were to move back in the area.

I've been through the home-selling process several times before, so I understand the number of different players and its complexity. John and Caitlyn at Cityscape Metro--and their subcontractors Manny, Gino, and Mark--were all GREAT! They provided fast, accurate information, honest re-hab estimates, and reliable advice. Given all the craziness in the market, the supply chain, etc., I was really surprised at how smoothly it went this time.

John and Caitlyn are awesome!! Super friendly and very attentive!! I sold my first home after the first open house!! The sale of my second home was somewhat slower due to COVID and the changing market, but John knew that I was under a deadline to get it sold, and he made it happen!! Caitlyn is very helpful in getting the behind-the-scene matters taken care of (document signing, questions, etc). And John was instrumental in helping me find the home of my dreams!! I cannot say enough good things about the Cityscape team!! I highly recommend them! And if you are a first-time homebuyer, you can have faith that this team will guide you through everything step by step, and have your best interest at heart!
